Baseball Game Recap: Sheboygan North Golden Raiders vs. North Polars

Sheboygan North had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the North Polars a 1-0 shutout.

The team relied heavily on Mark Williams, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one triple. That's the most hits he has posted since back in May of 2024. Blake Becker was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Sheboygan North didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 13-9 loss against Hayward on the 5th. As for North, they have also already played their next game, a 16-4 defeat against Mahtomedi on the 8th.
