Basketball Recap: White Mountains Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Littleton, White Mountains was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Winnisquam Bears by a score of 60-48. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

White Mountains' victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Winnisquam, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. White Mountains will head out to challenge Colebrook Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. White Mountains is facing Colebrook Academy at the right time seeing as Colebrook Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Winnisquam, they will face off against Gilford at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Gilford will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Winnisquam surely won't give up without a fight.
