Preview: Washington International Red Devils vs. Washington Christian Academy Wildcats

Washington International has been on the road for two straight, but on Wednesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Washington Christian Academy Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Even though Washington International has not done well against Model Secondary School for the Deaf recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Washington International came out on top against Model Secondary School for the Deaf by a score of 56-46.

Washington International relied on the efforts of Jeremy Bedard, who scored 19 points along with 3 steals, and Dylan Anderson , who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 15 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Anderson has scored at least 25% of Washington International's points.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Washington Christian Academy beat Spencerville Adventist Academy 54-50 on Tuesday.

Their wins bumped Washington International to 3-0 and Model Secondary School for the Deaf to 2-2.

Washington International came up short against Washington Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2019, falling 63-55.
