Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Sunrise Mountain walked away with it. They blew past the Horizon Huskies 4-0 on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won 11 matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Sunrise Mountain has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 52 goals over those 13 contests. Horizon's loss dropped their record down to 6-9.

Looking ahead, Sunrise Mountain will face off against Copper Canyon at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Copper Canyon's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Horizon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
