Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coleville). They were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the Lee Vining Tigers on Saturday. The Wolves not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since May 4, 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Coleville and bumps their season record up to 2-7. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-8 Carlin and 1-4 Lee Vining. As for Lee Vining, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Coleville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Carlin on the 12th. As for Lee Vining, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Mineral County at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
