Softball Recap: Berkley Bears vs. Farmington Falcons
Berkley was the 4-3 winner over Farmington when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 6-5 on Friday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alyse Muscat made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Brooke Schall, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.
Berkley's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15-1. As for Farmington, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-2.
Coming up, Berkley will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Lutheran at 10:00 a.m. As for Farmington, they will face off against Woodhaven at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Warriors' pitching crew has only allowed 2.4 runs per game this season, so the Falcons' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
