Buffalo is 9-1 against Big Lake since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bison are taking a road trip to challenge the Hornets at 5:00 p.m. Buffalo has now lost 11 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 17.

Buffalo lost 16-1 to St. Michael-Albertville on Wednesday.

Buffalo saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Avery Bjorklund, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Big Lake came out on top against Monticello on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run fifth inning. The Hornets skirted past the Magic 10-8. Surprisingly, this marked the Hornets' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Buffalo's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Big Lake, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.

Buffalo came up short against Big Lake when the teams last played back in May of 2023, falling 10-5. Can the Bison avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
