Baseball Recap: Sharpstown Comes Up Short

Sharpstown fell victim to Carnegie Vanguard and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 15-0 to the Rhinos. The loss leaves the Apollos still looking for their first win of the season.

Sharpstown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Carnegie Vanguard, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

While Sharpstown had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
