With a playoff win on the line, Bayonne rose to the challenge on Thursday. They breezed past the Phillipsburg Stateliners to the tune of 79-28. The Bees' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Bayonne, bringing their record for this year to 11-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32 points. As for Phillipsburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.

Bayonne will face off against Elizabeth on Monday. Elizabeth will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Bayonne surely won't give up without a fight. Phillipsburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
