Volleyball Recap: Primero Takes a Loss

If Primero was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Mountain Valley on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs came up short against the Cheyenne Wells Tigers on Saturday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since November 11, 2024.

Primero's defeat dropped their record down to 13-3. As for Cheyenne Wells, their victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 7-9.

Coming up, Primero will challenge Hoehne at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cheyenne Wells, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Kit Carson on the 13th.
