Baseball Recap: Concordia Extends Winning Streak to Four

Concordia waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 20-2 margin over the Minneapolis Lions. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won seven contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Concordia's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Minneapolis, they dropped their record down to 2-14 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concordia will venture away from home to take on Marysville on Tuesday. As for Minneapolis, they will head out to challenge Sylvan-Lucas on Monday. The Lions are facing the Mustangs at the right time seeing as the Mustangs are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
