Softball Recap: Maple Shade Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Maple Shade duked it out with Palmyra on Monday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Maple Shade now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Palmyra, they pushed their record up to 13-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Maple Shade has already played their next contest (against Cinnaminson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Palmyra, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 18-1 victory against Pennsauken Tech on the 12th.
