Baseball Game Preview: Buffalo Bison vs. Monticello Magic

The Buffalo Bison will challenge the Monticello Magic at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

On Friday, Buffalo came up short against Minnetonka and fell 8-4. The Bison have struggled against the Skippers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

RILEY WEST was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Monticello and Becker, and Monticello kept the tradition alive. The Magic walked away with a 4-1 win over the Bulldogs on Friday.

Adam Brenny was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Cale Holthaus, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.

Monticello's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Buffalo, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
