Windham strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Nashua North Titans a 15-0 shutout. This was payback for the Jaguars, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Windham pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Nashua North, they are on a 27-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Windham is set to take on their familiar foe Salem at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Jaguars 1.8, the Blue Devils 2.8) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Nashua North will face off against rival Alvirne at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
