Softball Recap: Delta Takes a Loss

After flying high against Scott County Central on Tuesday, Delta came back down to earth. The Bobcats wound up with the same score they had in their last game (18-8), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The loss continues a trend for them in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost seven in a row.

Delta now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Oran, the victory snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 5-6 record.

Delta has already played their next game (against Holcomb), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Oran will be paying especially close attention to the Bobcats' contest: after the Bobcats face off against the Hornets, they'll take on Oran again at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
