Volleyball Recap: San Ramon Valley Comes Up Short

San Ramon Valley lost against Branson back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wolves fell 2-0 to the Bulls. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Hope Diekmann paced San Ramon Valley's offense, picking up six kills. Diekmann got some help from Anuu Purev-Thompson and her ten assists. Colbie Albright controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

San Ramon Valley's loss dropped their record down to 21-7. As for Branson, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

San Ramon Valley will challenge Carondelet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Branson, they will face off against Archie Williams at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
