St. Paul Central kept up with Rosemount until halftime on Monday, but afterwards: not so much. The Irish's defense stepped up to hand the Minutemen a 3-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Rosemount, who have now won five games by three goals or more so far this season.

Rosemount's victory bumped their record up to 7-1-2. As for St. Paul Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.
