The Craig County Rockets will take on the Twin Springs Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

If Craig County beats Twin Springs with 56 points on Friday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Rockets blew past Mount View 56-8 on Friday. The Rockets' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Craig County found their leader in sophomore Bradyn Dunbar, who rushed for 120 yards and one TD on only nine carries.

The home team had won the previous five meetings between Twin Springs and J.I. Burton, and Twin Springs kept the tradition alive. The Titans claimed a resounding 55-13 win over the Black Raiders. That 42 point margin sets a new team best for the Titans this season.

Twin Springs' win came from a few key players Craig County will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Clay Ross, who rushed for 168 yards and five touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 164 yards and a pair of TDs on only 15 passes. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was Julian Pascual, who gained 178 total yards.
