Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, West Milford couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a hard 51-33 fall against the Glen Rock Panthers on Wednesday. The Highlanders' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

When it comes to explaining why West Milford lost, don't look at Laurel Space. Despite the final result, she went 5-for-10 on her way to 15 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. What's more, Space also posted a 67% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January. Ally Gruber was another key player, putting up nine points.

West Milford's loss dropped their record down to 21-6. As for Glen Rock, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
