Basketball Recap: Mt. Spokane's Undefeated Season over After Five Games + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Mt. Spokane challenged Mead on Friday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 57-55. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mt. Spokane fell to 4-1. As for Mead, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Coming up, Mt. Spokane will head out to face off against Gonzaga Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats will be up against the Bullpups' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.2 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Mead, they will be home for the holidays to greet Central Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Bears have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
