Softball Recap: Shadyside Tigers vs. Shenandoah Zeps
While Shadyside's victory against Shenandoah wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers won by a run and slipped past the Zeps 5-4. That's two games straight that the Tigers have won by just one run.

Ariana Saxton spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on six hits and racked up 15 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
