Volleyball Recap: Hayden's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Six

Hayden entered their tilt with McPherson on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bullpups. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19.

Hailey Schmidtlein paced Hayden's offense, picking up 17 kills. Schmidtlein got some help from Blakely Walter and her 26 assists.

Hayden's win bumped their record up to 31-9. As for McPherson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 32-8.

Hayden wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Andale on the 1st. McPherson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
