Monticello kept a clean sheet against Chapel Field Christian on Friday. They put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 7-0 win. The result kept Monticello happy, as they haven't lost a game since October 1st.

Their offense was hitting Chapel Field Christian from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Landin Raynor led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Monticello has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those five matchups. As for Chapel Field Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
