Recap: Napavine Tigers vs. Toledo Indians

The Napavine Tigers entered their tilt with the Toledo Indians with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went Napavine's way against Toledo on Thursday as Napavine made off with a 69-46 victory. Given Napavine's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 13th, while Toledo is ranked 137th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Napavine's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.5 points per game. As for Toledo, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

Napavine will be home for the holidays to greet La Center at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. La Center is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. Toledo will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Ocosta at 5:30 p.m. on December 16th. Hopefully Ocosta focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 on Friday.
