Baseball Recap: Cathedral Fighting Irish vs. Zionsville Eagles
Cathedral blew Zionsville out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Zionsville got their revenge. The Fighting Irish fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 7-5. It was the first time this season that the Fighting Irish let down their fans at home.
Cathedral got a good showing from Junior Belford, who pitched three innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits.
