Kenosha Bradford had to skate by with only a one-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 26-point drubbing they dealt Racine Horlick on Friday. The Red Devils' defense stepped up to hand the Rebels a 26-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, Franklin faced Oak Creek in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Sabers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Knights 45-10. The win was just business as usual for the Sabers, who after five games remain undefeated this season.

Kenosha Bradford's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Franklin, their win bumped their record up to an identical 5-0.

Kenosha Bradford took a serious blow against Franklin in their previous meeting back in September of 2015, falling 55-21. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Red Devils were down 35-7.
