Football Recap: Paint Valley Comes Up Short

Paint Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Huntington Huntsmen, falling 36-0. The Bearcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Huntsmen apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Paint Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Huntington, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Paint Valley will square off against rival Unioto at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Huntington is set to take on their familiar foe Westfall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
