Coolidge is 9-0 against Cardozo since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Coolidge Colts will welcome the Cardozo Clerks at 7:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Coolidge is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of District of Columbia's top teams: Bard, who was ranked 23rd at the time (Coolidge was ranked fifth). Coolidge really took it to Bard for the full four quarters, racking up a 63-22 win. Winning may never get old, but the Colts sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Cardozo against Ron Brown on Monday as the squad secured a 70-35 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Clerks.

Cardozo's win bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Coolidge, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Coolidge was able to grind out a solid victory over Cardozo in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, winning 82-72. Does Coolidge have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cardozo turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
