Baseball Recap: Waterloo Takes a Loss

Waterloo lost to Southeast back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 15-2 to the Pirates. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Waterloo's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Southeast, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Waterloo and Southeast will both be playing Rootstown the next time they take the field. The Pirates will head out to face the Rovers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Vikings will host them at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday.
