Football Recap: Forest City Takes a Loss

Forest City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Algona Bulldogs 60-16. The Indians were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Forest City's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Algona, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Forest City will head out on the road to challenge Waukon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be Forest City's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Algona, they will challenge Waverly-Shell Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
