Basketball Recap: McMinnville Comes Up Short

McMinnville lost against Liberty back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The McMinnville Grizzlies took a 66-52 bruising from the Liberty Falcons.

McMinnville has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Liberty, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-14.

McMinnville will welcome Sherwood at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Liberty, they will face off against Newberg at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Liberty is facing Newberg at the right time seeing as Newberg is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
