Walkertown gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Glenn Bobcats as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Wolfpack in their matchups with the Bobcats: they've now won seven in a row.

Walkertown never let Glenn on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23, 25-20.

Glenn is on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Walkertown will square off against High Point Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glenn, they will challenge Eastern Guilford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
