Football Recap: Tate Comes Up Short

Tate was the 40-6 winner over Pine Forest when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Aggies fell 12-7 to the Eagles on Wednesday. The Aggies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gabriella Smart threw for 112 yards and one TD. Adrianna Middleton was her top target, picking up 39 receiving yards.

Tate's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Pine Forest, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

Tate didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 41-6 loss against Pace on the 3rd. As for Pine Forest, they have also already played their next contest, a 20-0 defeat against Gulf Breeze on the 3rd.
