They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 52-26 walloping at the hands of the Spartans. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Okawville has scored all season.
Waltonville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kyle Cooper, who scored 15 points along with five assists and two steals. Gage Peterson was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
Okawville's defeat dropped their record down to 11-23. As for Waltonville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 25-6 record this season.
Okawville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Waltonville's road trip will continue as they head out to face Meridian at 7:00 p.m. on February 27th. Waltonville is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
