Football Game Preview: Chelsea Dragons vs. Colcord Hornets + How To Watch

Chelsea is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight games on Thursday. They were dealt a 75-28 loss at the hands of Keys.

Despite the defeat, Chelsea had strong showings from Tanner Reed, who threw for 145 yards and one TD, and Lawrence McClendon, who rushed for 68 yards and one score on only eight carries.

Meanwhile, Colcord played a tough contest on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Adair, falling 54-14. The loss continues a trend for the Hornets in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost six in a row.

Chelsea's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Colcord, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Chelsea took a serious blow against Colcord when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 53-14. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Dragons were down 46-0.
