             It was fun while it lasted, but Marcellus's undefeated season came to an end after  six games  on Friday. They took  a  47-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cazenovia Lakers. That makes it the first time this season the Mustangs have let down their home crowd.
  Robert Livingston continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Cazenovia, rushing for 144 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing for 273 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72% of his passes. The dominant performance gave  Livingston a new career-high in  rushing yards.
 Having lost for the first time  this season, Marcellus  fell to 6-1. As for Cazenovia,  the  victory  got them back to even at 3-3.
 Marcellus is taking a road trip to  square off against Skaneateles  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Skaneateles knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Marcellus likes a good challenge. As for Cazenovia, they will challenge Bishop Ludden at 1:30  p.m.  on Saturday. Cazenovia is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 28.3  points per game  this season.
