Basketball Recap: Northside Comes Up Short

Northside lost against Austin back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The contest between the Northside Panthers and the Austin Mustangs didn't end well, with the Northside Panthers falling 76-61.

Northside's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Austin, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-5.

Northside will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Houston Math Science & Tech at 1:00 p.m. on December 31st. Austin and Sam Rayburn will round out the year against one another at at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
