If Arlington was riding high fresh off their 17-3 takedown of Liberty on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lions fell just short of the Paloma Valley Wildcats by a score of 4-3 on Thursday. The Lions' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Arlington's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 11-1 and their overall record down to 18-6. As for Paloma Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-9.
