While Ukiah's victory against San Marin wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats won by a goal and slipped past the Mustangs 1-0. Give Ukiah's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Eusebio Andrade, who's now up to three this season.

Ukiah's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for San Marin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-4-3.

Coming up, Ukiah will be playing at home against Roseland University Prep at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Roseland University Prep's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for San Marin, they are taking a road trip to face off against Amador Valley at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Amador Valley will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something San Marin surely won't give up without a fight.
