Lakeland entered their tilt with Dunmore on Friday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They blew past the Bucks 27-7. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 28-14 back in September.

Lakeland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from David Naniewicz, who rushed for 79 yards and two TDs, and also threw for 86 yards and one touchdown. Another player making a difference was Rocco Spataro, who rushed for 52 yards and one score.

Lakeland's victory bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Dunmore, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4.

Looking ahead, Lakeland will face off against Lansdale Catholic at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Chiefs 13.1, the Crusaders 9.8) so any points scored will be well earned. Dunmore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
