Basketball Recap: Cardinal Skates Past St. John with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Crestwood, Cardinal was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 64-15 victory over the St. John Fighting Herald. That 49 point margin sets a new team best for the Huskies this season.

Cardinal's record is now 7-10. As for St. John, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.

The future could be bright for both Cardinal and St. John: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Cardinal will try to hand Hawken their 14th-straight loss when the two meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, St. John will look to extend Conneaut's four-game losing streak when the meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
