Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tempe). They blew past the Coronado Dons 19-9 on Thursday. The Buffaloes haven't had any issues with the Dons recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Tempe picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 3-9. As for Coronado, they dropped their record down to 1-13 with the loss, which was their 20th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tempe will head out to challenge Desert Sunrise at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Golden Hawks will aim to continue their five-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last. As for Coronado, they will square off against Dysart at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
