Softball Recap: Severna Park Takes a Loss

Severna Park and Northeast squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Severna Park had to settle for second. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 8-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Falcons in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

Severna Park's loss dropped their record down to 8-11-1. As for Northeast, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 22-1.

While Severna Park had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
