Volleyball Recap: Yuba City Takes a Loss

Yuba City lost against Placer back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Honkers came up short against the Hillmen, falling 3-0. The Honkers just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

While Yuba City was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Placer's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-20.

Yuba City's defeat dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Placer, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9.

Looking ahead, Yuba City will challenge Nevada Union at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Placer, they will take on River Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
