Archer Barton Game Report: vs Genesee

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Archer Barton stepped things up a notch to give Troy the 'W'. Barton scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Barton's strong effort led Troy over Genesee and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Trojans have been dominating on the road and they will enter the contest having won six straight away games dating back to last season.
