Volleyball Recap: Vega Comes Up Short

Vega was the 3-0 winner over Highland Park when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Longhorns took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hornets on Thursday. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Vega's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Highland Park, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Vega will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Dumas at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Highland Park has already played their next game (against Tournament Team), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
