Baseball Recap: Northbrook Takes a Loss

Northbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 10-0 to the Memorial Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 last Tuesday.

Northbrook's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Memorial, the win (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 20-3-1.

Coming up, Northbrook will challenge Cypress Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Memorial, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-0 victory against Cypress Ranch on the 12th.
