Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Madison Academy). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Priceville Bulldogs a 16-0 shutout on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won 15 games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Madison Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.9 runs over those games. As for Priceville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-19.

Looking ahead, Madison Academy will challenge Cullman at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Priceville, they will head out on the road to square off against James Clemens at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
