Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kiowa). They claimed a resounding 56-18 victory over the Liberty Tree Academy War Eagles. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 25 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Deb Flipse, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 17 boards. She is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 56% in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Sage Massey, who went 9-for-22 on her way to 18 points and five assists.

Kiowa was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They are 8-4 when they've passed the ball that well.

Kiowa's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Liberty Tree Academy, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-14.

Kiowa wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 49-5 victory against Dolores Huerta Prep on the 20th. As for Liberty Tree Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 49-33 loss against James Irwin on the 21st.
