Softball Recap: Ringgold Comes Up Short

Ringgold lost against Uniontown back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rams lost 12-1 to the Red Raiders. The loss leaves the Rams still looking for their first win of the season.

Ringgold's record now sits at 0-8. As for Uniontown, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Ringgold will square off against rival Belle Vernon at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Uniontown is set to challenge their familiar foe Oakland Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: the Red Raiders have lost three straight at home , while Oakland Catholic have lost three on the road.
